The information, pricing, services, and availability displayed on the Vanguard Dumpster Services website are provided for general informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.

Prices shown on this website represent standard or starting rates unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on location, distance, rental duration, material type, disposal weight, landfill or disposal fees, accessibility, labor requirements, and other circumstances specific to the service requested.

Dumpster rental customers are responsible for following all rental terms, weight limits, loading requirements, and prohibited-material restrictions. Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, extended rental periods, additional dump trips, prohibited materials, special disposal items, unsuccessful pickup attempts, or service outside our standard service area.

Customers are responsible for selecting and authorizing a safe location for dumpster placement. Vanguard Dumpster Services is not responsible for damage caused by the normal weight or operation of dumpsters, trucks, or equipment on driveways, pavement, lawns, landscaping, septic systems, irrigation systems, underground utilities, or other surfaces when access or placement has been requested or authorized by the customer, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Material hauling quantities, delivery times, and pricing may vary based on material availability, supplier requirements, load weight, travel distance, site accessibility, and weather conditions.

Waste and junk removal estimates may be based on photographs or information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if the actual volume, weight, material type, labor requirements, or site conditions differ from the information originally provided.

Vanguard Dumpster Services reserves the right to refuse transportation or disposal of overloaded, unsafe, hazardous, prohibited, or improperly loaded materials. Customers must disclose hazardous, restricted, unusually heavy, or special-disposal materials before service.

Service dates and arrival times are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing. Weather, traffic, landfill operations, equipment issues, site conditions, and other circumstances may affect delivery or pickup times.

Use of this website, submission of a quote request, or communication with Vanguard Dumpster Services does not by itself create a service agreement. A service agreement is established when a reservation or service is accepted according to the applicable booking and payment terms.

Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Vanguard Dumpster Services, we understand that plans and project schedules can change. The following policy applies to dumpster rentals, waste removal, and material hauling services.
Dumpster Rental Cancellations: Customers may cancel or reschedule a dumpster rental at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled delivery may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
After Delivery: Once a dumpster has been delivered to the customer's requested location, the rental is considered active and rental charges are non-refundable, including situations where the customer does not use or completely fill the dumpster.
Early Pickup: Customers may request pickup before the end of their rental period. Early pickup does not qualify for a full or partial refund of unused rental days.
Failed Delivery or Pickup: Additional charges may apply if our driver cannot safely deliver or retrieve the dumpster because of blocked access, vehicles, locked gates, unsafe conditions, incorrect placement instructions, or other circumstances within the customer's control.
Waste Removal & Material Hauling: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Once loading, hauling, delivery, or other contracted work has begun, payments are non-refundable.
Weather & Service Delays: If Vanguard Dumpster Services must reschedule a service because of severe weather, equipment problems, unsafe conditions, or other operational circumstances, the customer may reschedule without a cancellation fee. If we are unable to provide the purchased service, the customer will receive a refund for the service we could not provide.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.
By booking and paying for services with Vanguard Dumpster Services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
