Vanguard Dumpster Services makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, availability, dumpster sizes, weight allowances, and accepted materials. However, prices and service availability may change based on disposal fees, landfill requirements, material type, weight, location, fuel costs, and job-specific conditions.

Online prices and estimates are not guaranteed until confirmed by Vanguard Dumpster Services. Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, prohibited or restricted materials, extended rental periods, additional trips, inaccessible equipment, special disposal items, or services outside the original scope of work.

Customers are responsible for accurately describing the materials being disposed of and ensuring they have authorization to dispose of those materials. Customers are also responsible for obtaining any permits, approvals, or permissions required for dumpster placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Vanguard Dumpster Services is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, sidewalks, lawns, landscaping, underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation systems, or other property resulting from dumpster placement when the placement location is selected or approved by the customer, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

Vanguard Dumpster Services reserves the right to refuse transportation of overloaded, unsafe, hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials and may assess additional charges when applicable.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics

Terms & Conditions

By booking or purchasing services from Vanguard Dumpster Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Vanguard Dumpster Services provides dumpster rental, junk removal, hauling, and related services. Service availability, pricing, delivery areas, and scheduling may vary based on location, job requirements, disposal requirements, and equipment availability.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown online are based on the service selected and information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for excess weight, additional disposal fees, prohibited or special items, extended rental periods, additional trips, difficult access, or services outside the original booking.

Payment is due according to the terms provided during booking. The customer authorizes Vanguard Dumpster Services to collect any additional charges resulting from the agreed service.

3. Dumpster Weight & Overages

Dumpster rentals include only the weight allowance stated at booking. Material exceeding the included allowance may result in additional charges based on actual disposal weight and applicable landfill or transfer-station fees.

Customers should not load dumpsters beyond the maximum fill line or in a manner that makes transportation unsafe. Overloaded dumpsters may require material to be removed before pickup, and additional fees may apply.

4. Prohibited & Restricted Materials

Customers may not place hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials in our dumpsters. This includes chemicals, fuels, oils, wet paint, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, ammunition, radioactive materials, and other materials prohibited by applicable disposal facilities or law.

Concrete, dirt, brick, roofing shingles, tires, mattresses, appliances, and other heavy or special-disposal materials may require prior approval and additional charges.

5. Dumpster Placement

The customer is responsible for selecting and approving the dumpster placement location. The area must provide adequate clearance and safe access for our truck and equipment.

Vanguard Dumpster Services will use reasonable care during delivery and pickup. The customer assumes responsibility for damage to driveways, pavement, lawns, landscaping, underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation systems, or other property resulting from placement when the customer directs or approves the location.

6. Access

Customers must maintain clear and safe access to the dumpster for delivery, service, and pickup. Blocked access, locked gates, vehicles, low-hanging wires, or other obstacles may result in a trip fee or rescheduling charge.

7. Junk Removal

Junk removal prices are based on the volume, type, weight, accessibility, and amount of material removed. Online pricing may serve as an estimate. We will confirm any price adjustment before performing additional work.

8. Rental Period & Pickup

The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends according to the rental period selected during booking. Additional daily charges may apply when customers keep equipment beyond the included rental period.

Pickup requests are subject to scheduling and equipment availability.

9. Cancellations

Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations after dispatch, failed deliveries caused by customer conditions, or inaccessible pickup locations may result in a trip or cancellation fee.

10. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the dumpster and its contents while it is at the customer's location. The customer is also responsible for materials placed inside the dumpster by other persons during the rental period.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Vanguard Dumpster Services reserves the right to refuse, stop, or reschedule service when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, outside the agreed scope of work, or could damage equipment or property.

12. Acceptance

By submitting a booking, making payment, accepting delivery, or allowing work to begin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any service-specific policies provided during booking.
