Cancellation Policy

3-Day 16-Yard Dumpster Rental Policy By booking the **3-Day 16-Yard Dumpster Rental** with Vanguard Dumpster Services, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. **Rental Price:** The standard rental price is **$300**. **Rental Period:** The rental includes one 16-yard dumpster for up to **3-consecutive days**, beginning on the scheduled delivery date. **Weight Included:** The rental includes up to **2 tons, or 4,000 pounds**, of approved waste. Weight exceeding 2 tons will be charged at the applicable overage rate. **Delivery & Pickup:** One delivery and one final pickup are included within our standard service area. Additional mileage charges may apply outside the standard service area. **Additional Days:** The dumpster must be ready for pickup at the end of the 3-day rental period. Additional days require prior approval and are subject to availability and additional daily charges. **Loading Requirements:** All waste must remain at or below the top edge of the dumpster. Nothing may stick above or hang over the sides. Overloaded or unsafe dumpsters will not be transported until excess material is removed. Additional trip or delay fees may apply. **Heavy Materials:** Concrete, dirt, brick, asphalt, rock, shingles, and other dense materials require prior approval. Special weight limits and additional charges may apply. **Prohibited Materials:** Hazardous chemicals, fuel, oil, wet paint, batteries, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, and other hazardous or legally restricted materials are prohibited. Tires, mattresses, appliances, and other special-disposal items require prior approval and may carry additional fees. **Dumpster Placement:** The customer is responsible for selecting and authorizing a safe placement location. The customer accepts the risk of damage to driveways, pavement, lawns, landscaping, septic systems, irrigation systems, and underground utilities resulting from normal dumpster or truck access at the requested location, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. **Pickup Access:** The customer must provide clear and safe access to the dumpster on the scheduled pickup date. Vehicles, locked gates, equipment, or other obstacles must not prevent retrieval. Additional trip charges may apply if the dumpster cannot be picked up. **Early Pickup:** Customers may request pickup before the 3-day rental period ends.
