Cancellation Policy
# Junk Removal Policy By scheduling junk removal services, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. ## Estimates and Pricing All estimates are based on the information, photos, quantity of material, access conditions, labor requirements, and type of debris provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if the actual amount of junk, weight, labor, travel, disposal fees, or job conditions differ from the original description. Additional charges may apply for unusually heavy materials, excessive loading time, stairs, long carrying distances, difficult access, or additional items added after the original estimate. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements are approved in advance. ## Customer Responsibilities The customer must clearly identify which items are being removed and which items are to remain. We are not responsible for items removed after the customer has identified or approved them for disposal. Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and removal area. Driveways, gates, hallways, stairs, and work areas must be reasonably accessible. The customer represents that they own the items being removed or have legal authority to authorize their removal. ## Prohibited and Restricted Materials We reserve the right to refuse any material that cannot legally or safely be transported or disposed of. Restricted materials may include hazardous chemicals, fuels, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, ammunition, certain paints, pesticides, radioactive materials, and other regulated substances. Concrete, dirt, roofing materials, tires, appliances, mattresses, electronics, and other specialty items may require additional disposal charges. ## Cancellations and Rescheduling Customers should provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling. A cancellation fee may apply to same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or situations where our crew arrives and cannot perform the work because access was not provided. ## Property Protection Reasonable care will be taken while removing items. The customer should notify us of fragile surfaces, weak floors, underground utilities, septic systems, low-clearance areas, or other known hazards before work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by unsafe, unstable, concealed, or deteriorated property conditions. ## Safety Our crew has the right to stop or refuse work if conditions
